Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with drop-off without signature.
Shipping include handling and packing fees as well as postage free of costs. We aim to have our products capable of being posted for the most part, so attended delivery shouldnt be required.
Returns
If you aren't happy with our products, you have 14 days to return the product. Please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we can initiate the process. The full cost of the item will be refunded once we have the item returned to us; however, return postage must be covered by you, unless the item has arrived damaged but we would require evidence at the time of delivery. Upon return, the refund can take 2-3 days to be processed by our vendor Stripe.
