Do you offer returns on items?

We offer a generous 28 day returns policy on everything except Furniture. This means that within 28 days of receipt, we will accept your item back without any problem - providing damage has not occurred.  Please use the email below to contact us so that we can get everything underway – return postage and packaging are to be paid by yourself.

For Furniture, the returns window is 14 days from delivery.  Again, return postage and packaging must be paid by yourself.

If you are outside of this 28 day period (14 days for Furniture), please contact us as in certain circumstances we may still accept the return.

In summary:

 Everything excluding furniture 28 days from delivery
Furniture 14 days from delivery

Please note: We will only accept returned items in the same condition as they were sent, this undamaged (unless the item arrived damaged) and with the labels still intact. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.  If items are damaged upon delivery, inform us immediately.
